Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain applications using ABAP Workbench, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. - Customize SAP HR schemas and rules to align with specific business processes and compliance requirements. - Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles within ABAP to enhance modularity and maintainability. - Design and manage Data Dictionaries, and create Reports and Forms for HR data processing and presentation. - Integrate and query SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Requirements: - Proficiency in ABAP Workbench development. - Experience with SAP Customization including Schema and Rules. - Background in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) / ABAP / Software Engineering. - Familiarity with Data Dictionaries, Reports, and Forms. - Knowledge of SAP Customization related to Wage Types. - Experience working with SQL databases. Nice to have: - Exposure to SAP Fiori. - Understanding of NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of MS Azure Databricks / Azure Data Factory. - Familiarity with Scaled Agile methodologies. - Experience with GitLab, TDD, DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines.
