Required Experience Skills

  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
  • Over all 4 to 8 years of Experience with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in end to end Project implementation
  • Minimum knowledge on the modules write integration and extracts
  • Hands on Experience in Oracle SQL Knowledge and OTBI reporting knowledge
  • Hands on Experience on HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL
  • Experience in writing configuration work Book and Understanding in Application Implementation Methodology
  • Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions in Benefits (Global Benefits experience a plus)
  • Experience with either development or reviewing fast formulas a plus
  • Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

Additional Desired Skills

  • Knowledge on Fast Formula
  • Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud a huge plus
  • Experience in HCM Benefits such as Open Enrollment, Eligibility Requirements, Carrier Feeds
  • Experience with Self-Service set-up and mobile responsive testing as it relates to Benefits
  • Experience with HR Compensation statements a plus
  • Experience mentoring junior staff

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

  • Developing an understanding of a client?s current state process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle?s best business practices
  • Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
  • Gathering and analyzing benefits and open enrollment requirements
  • Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
  • Defining new and refining existing business processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
