- Overseeing daily hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implementing and managing hospital policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with department heads to optimize resource allocation and improve service delivery.
- Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory bodies.
- Participating in strategic planning and budgeting processes to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- A degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in hospital operations or management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
