Job Description

A Salesforce Practice Lead is responsible for creating a highly capable, high performing team within the Salesforce Development practice area. The job description may include the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining and coordinating communication with the customer throughout each project.
• Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
• Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
• Managing Key Results Areas (KRAs) and ensuring that each team member scores a Meets Expectations or above.
• Defining skill development plans for each consultant; nominating and managing specialists and skill sets related to specializations.
