Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Data Scientists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that inform strategic decisions, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, operations) to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools for ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Clean, preprocess, and manage data pipelines for modeling and analytics.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve based on feedback and new data.
- Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and analytics technologies.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and their practical applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experiment design.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
