Senior Unreal Developer @ Dbiz.ai

DBiz.ai is looking out for ambitious and driven developers who are eager to build a world-class Digital Twin using Unreal Engine. You will be a key member of the engineering team and work closely with other developers, designers and artists in creating a world class customer experience.

Required skills:

1. Unreal Engine: Minimum Experience: 4+ years in Unreal and proficient knowledge of the Unreal Engine game engine v5 .
2. Shipped at least one title/project utilizing Unreal Engine, preferably within a technology role.
3. C++ Coding: Develop complex features for the game that are efficient and well-structured C++ code. Strong math, highly structured and logical thinking.
4. Blueprint: Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and blueprint.
5. Pixel Streaming: Understanding the concepts of pixel streaming and running the unreal application on the server.
6. Profiler and Performance Evaluation: Regularly run a profiler to maintain code performance and quality. Proficient at profiling games
7. Digital Twin Concept: Develop a deeper understanding of our Digital Twin Concept.
8. Agile: Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand game features and help break down tasks.to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
9. PR and GitLFS: Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and a good understanding of git lfs and Perforce.
10. Backend/networking - Understanding of REST APIs, Webhook and JavaScript is required. Experience with multiplayer gameplay systems, network replications, core engines.
11. Quality Code: Ensure optimal performance, quality, and stability of the game. Adherence to best practices and guidelines, with a creative problem-solving approach.
12. Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable code with industry best practices.
13. Develop live operations tools, editor tools, and automation.
14. Holistic Approach: Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging content. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Responsibilities: 1.Lead the development and implementation of advanced interactive and immersive experiences using Unreal Engine.
2.Work on a highly performant and optimized features on a Digital Twin of UAE using pixel streaming technology.
3.Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging content.
4.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
5.You will be a key member of the engineering team, developing the game using Unreal Engine end to end.
6. Should be comfortable with solving complex problems, taking initiatives, and devising creative solutions to engineering challenges.
