As part of our media vertical, we specialize in reaching rural and semi-urban audiences through contextual audio advertising at state transport bus stands across India. This medium has a deep rural penetration and unmatched reach, making it a preferred choice for brands targeting Bharat.

Our media division also offers high-impact BTL (Below-the-Line) activation services, helping brands create experiential and on-ground engagement in key rural markets. With a strong focus on BFSI, FMCG, and Government sectors, we combine data, creativity, and technology to deliver measurable impact.

With a growing client base and evolving market demands, we are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, drive business growth, and build long-lasting relationships with key clients, especially in the BFSI sector, FMCG and consumer Durables


Job Title: Chief Sales Head Media (Audiowala Bus Stand & BTL Activations)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Media Sales
Industry Focus: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance), FMCG and Consumer durable

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the media sales function for Vrittis flagship offerings: Audiowala Bus Stand audio network and BTL activation services.
  • Strategically identify, target, and onboard new BFSI clients, FMCG, including banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, and fintech companies.
  • Develop a national sales strategy with a strong focus on rural and semi-urban market penetration.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Connect with Media agency and Direct clients.
  • Own end-to-end client relationships from pitch to negotiation, execution, and renewal.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to improve offerings and go-to-market strategy.
  • Report directly to the Director/Managing Director with revenue forecasting and sales analytics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in media sales, BTL activations, or rural marketing preferably with exposure to BFSI clients.
  • Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban consumer behavior and the media landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.
