Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies). Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Coordinate and support training and development programs. Assist in preparing HR letters (e.g., offer letters, increment letters, experience certificates). Support payroll processing by collecting relevant employee data. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Administration: Oversee general office operations and maintenance. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. Organize travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events. Maintain company assets and records. Support facility management, including housekeeping and security coordination.
