Role Overview

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join as a Quality Assurance Analyst. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in content, communications, or event operations.

The role involves reviewing and verifying form submissions related to conferences, ensuring that all information is clear, accurate, and aligned with internal standards. It also includes contributing to the overall quality and consistency of outgoing communications and published materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review submitted forms for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
• Flag missing or unclear information and assist in follow-ups
• Help maintain internal records
• Provide general support on quality-related tasks

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Communications, English, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
• Good command of written English and grammar
• High attention to detail and a careful, methodical working style
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and email communication
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative
• Interest in events, digital content, or editorial work is a plus
