Title/Designation: Senior/Specialist

Role: Graphics & Visual Designing

Work Mode: Hybrid

Exp: 3 - 5 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Generate unique visual concepts that align with project objectives and client preferences.
• Design graphics for various media, including websites, advertisements, brochures, and social media.
• Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other designers to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
• Proficiently use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Incorporate feedback to improve designs and ensure they meet client expectations and project goals
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platform.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic designing
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and strong team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
