Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure in a smart card manufacturing factory setting. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing IT projects and teams in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with smart card manufacturing operations and business objectives.
- Plan and manage IT budgets, resources, and infrastructure.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Factory Automation and Systems:
- Design, implement, and maintain factory automation systems, including SCADA, MES, and ERP, specific to smart card manufacturing.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with factory operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
4. IT Infrastructure:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases, to support smart card manufacturing operations.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
5. Project Management:
- Manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, including projects related to smart card manufacturing process automation and optimization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
6. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure IT systems and data are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements, including those related to smart card manufacturing and payment card industry standards.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience: 8-12 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on factory automation, software development, infrastructure management, and team leadership, preferably in a smart card manufacturing or similar environment.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of factory automation systems, including SCADA, MES, and ERP, specific to smart card manufacturing.
- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and industrial IoT (IIoT) relevant to smart card manufacturing.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of smart card manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
