Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Identify potential leads on LinkedIn (primarily businesses or decision-makers), Facebook, Instagram
  
• Connect and engage professionally via messages to introduce our company's services.
  
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and passing them to the sales team for meetings.
  
• Schedule meetings with interested prospects for the sales team.
  
• Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets or CRM systems daily.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to refine outreach messages and improve response rates.
  
• Meet weekly/monthly targets to be eligible for performance-based commissions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Students or freshers looking to build experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  
• Familiar with LinkedIn and basic professional communication.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Self-motivated, persistent, and target-driven mindset.
  
• Basic knowledge of sales funnel, CRM, or digital marketing is a plus.
  
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  
• Available for a 6-month internship (can be part-time or full-time based on availability).
