International NonVoice Customer Support Associate Chat & Email (OnSite)

Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
Schedule: 5 days/week + 2 rotational offs
Eligibility: Graduates only Candidates must reside in Bengaluru and attend in-person interviews

Role Highlights

• Provide international customer support via chat and email (nonvoice)
  
• Work in rotational shifts, covering evening and night hours
  
• Must be a fast and accurate typist with strong English writing skills
  

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
  
• Live within 20km of BTM Layout to qualify for cab benefits
  
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  
• Available for face-to-face interview
  

Compensation Package (Fresher)

• 20,000/month takehome
  
• Up to 3,500/month incentives, fully performancebased
  

Shift-Based Cab Benefits (7 PM7 AM)

• Women: One-way free cab
  
• Men: One-way cab at 75/drop
