Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain welding jigs and fixtures for efficient production workflow.
  
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to welding processes or equipment malfunctions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  
• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  
• Operate robotic welding equipment to perform MIG/TIG welding tasks with high precision and quality.
• Conduct Quality Control Checks on welds to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Process Study, Cycle Time, Gap Analysis
