Job Description
- NTT DATA is seeking a Java/SpringBoot, Micro-services, serverless, event messaging/Kafka, Snowflake, AWS, CI/CD Developer to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Developer, you will be responsible for building and testing large-scale AWS cloud-native digital enterprise applications on micro-services, serverless, and event-driven architectures. Key Skills Required: - Expertise in building and testing large-scale AWS cloud-native digital enterprise applications - Experience with modern transactional distributed databases like Snowflake - Working knowledge of cloud-based high-stream event messaging/Kafka implementations - Developing and deploying containerized applications to Kubernetes using AWS EKS - Extensive experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, BDD for rapid delivery of features while minimizing risk Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in software engineering preferred - 7+ years of experience in software engineering - Hands-on experience with containerized Java/SpringBoot REST APIs using Kubernetes/AWS EKS - Working knowledge of Kafka and the CQRS pattern - Experience with Yugabyte, Aerospike, and Snowflake - Comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum and Kanban) Expectations: - 10-12 years of IT experience with Full Stack Development, Quality Engineering Automation, API, and Database testing - Provide technical recommendations and guidance to developers and business partners - Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members and business partners - Develop an understanding of the business domain to provide guidance to development teams - Test-first development mindset with experience in creating unit and integration tests Minimum Experience Required: - 10+ years General Expectations: - Good communication skills - Willingness to work in a 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM shift - Flexible to work in client locations such as Manyata or EGL, Bangalore - Ready to work from the office in a hybrid work environment; full remote work not an option About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
