Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement file transfer workflows using IBM Sterling File Gateway.
• Configure partners, routing channels, and protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers and integration issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data exchange.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations and support onboarding of new partners.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway and IBM B2B Integrator.
• Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and encryption standards.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with integration patterns and enterprise data flows.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
