  • Maintain and organize company records, legal documents, and official filing systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline administrative workflows.
  • Handle office logistics, including facility management, procurement, and support services.
  • Lead vendor management activities, including selection, negotiation, contract administration, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards, providing strategic administrative and compliance .
