The role requires deep expertise in cloud-based technologies, Agile delivery, and the ability to manage cross-functional, multi-regional CRM implementations. Ideal candidates will bring strong governance skills, excellent communication capabilities, and experience operating in a global, multicultural environment. Exposure to open-source CRM platforms such as SugarCRM, Vtiger, and Laravel is highly desirable.
