Lead end-to-end product support for global enterprise clients, manage support team, handle escalations, ensure SLA compliance, analyze trends, improve service quality and support UATs and product releases for smooth operations

Required Candidate profile

610 yrs of experience in enterprise software/SaaS support with team handling.
Strong in cloud, APIs, DBs, integrations
Excellent in analysis, issue resolution, communication, and client management.
