• EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
• Mapping tools (Sterling Map Editor)
• Protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP
• BPML, business process design
• Troubleshooting and partner onboarding

Nice to Have:

Integration knowledge on NetSuite and Salesforce and D365
