Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services to existing clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO or Tele Sales.
  • Ability to work on semi-international shifts (rotating schedules).
  • Proficiency in English language (written & spoken).
  • Freshers can apply for this role.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
