Role Overview:
The role involves managing end-to-end sales process, focusing on outbound sales. Responsibilities include leading a team of 50-60 members, driving sales through Call.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 50-60, setting objectives and providing feedback.

Develop and implement outbound sales strategies.

Optimize dialer systems for outbound campaigns.Conduct regular Briefing for team members.Ensure excellent communication in English and Hindi.Monitor team leaders' performance and support them.Collaborate with other departments for seamless sales processes.Implement quality assurance and maintain customer service standards.
Requirements:5-6 years of experience in Sales (outbound).Proven experience managing a large team (50-60 members).Experience in digital/online sales is a plus.Additional language proficiency is advantageous.Shifts timings: Dayshift 10am to 7pm 5 days working (Alternate Saturday off)Week Off: Sunday fixed off
