Required Experience: 5 to 8 years Roles and Responsibilities:
- Helping the Technical Architect in building Gen-AI, LLM solution architectures leveraging open source technologies and models such as Llama, Mistral etc. and NVIDIA SDKs / GPUs.
- Driving the technical discussions with clients along with Project Managers.
- Creating Effort Estimation matrix of Solutions/Deliverables for Delivery Team
- Implementing LLM/NLP solutions and architectures, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, model deployment, compatibility with downstream tasks, edge/error handling.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as MLEs, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business needs and provide technical guidance.
- Mentoring and coaching junior MLE/GenAI engineers.
- Sharing knowledge through knowledge-sharing technical presentations.
Skill Set Required:
- Experience for 1+ years in building end to end Machine Learning pipelines.
- 4+ years of hands-on machine learning experience.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like Pytorch or Tensorflow.
- Experience with open source models like Llama, Mistral, Alpaca, X-gen etc.
- Experience with Transformer based NLP/LLM problems like QA, information extraction from the text classification Semantic Search is a must.
- Experience with traditional NLP concepts such as BoW models, word embeddings, and Python NLP toolkit such as spacy, NLTK.
- Commitment Self Motivation suitable to a start-up team.
- Experience with agile product development Software delivery lifecycle.
