Job Description
- Learn and understand the basics of medical equipment and service offerings.
- Assist in identifying potential clients such as hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Visit client sites under guidance to understand customer needs and pitch services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for contract renewals.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service sales activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for timely delivery of services.
- Attend product and sales training sessions as required.
- Education: Bachelors degree/MBA (Marketing) or any relevant field.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; internships or academic projects in medical/technical sales are a plus.
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and client handling.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare/medical equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel local and out of station for client visits.
