We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us scale specially our engineering, product and professional services teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. What will you do: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source potential candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conducts initial phone/video interviews.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain and update candidate information in the HRIS system to support global access.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
Monitor recruiting metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical and non-technical recruiting. Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, QC and other IT positions.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting globally or in multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge of basic technical concepts and terminology.

1. Review - We review applications and screen based on a variety of criteria
2. Phone - Candidates will be screened via a quick 20-minute Zoom meeting to discuss the role opportunity
3. Interview - We will conduct 2-3 stages of interviews via Zoom/In-person
4. Task - Finalists will complete a small task to show off their skills.
