Senior Test Lead @ HCL Technologies

Job Description

As a Senior Test Lead based in Chennai, India, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans in collaboration with project stakeholders to define testing scope, goals, and deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include participating in functional and technical discussions with the client/team to understand specifications, identifying opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies/tools, overseeing the creation and execution of automated test scripts, and guiding and mentoring QA engineers in the use of the testing framework. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and up to date. Additionally, you will highlight performance concerns and inconsistencies, aiming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process by implementing best practices. The successful candidate for this role will have strong technical skills in Cloud Testing and will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
