Technical Manager & Scrum Master

Location: Hyderabad - hybrid

Notice Period: 0 to 30 days (Early to immediate)

Looking for a Senior / Lead Technical Manager, while also acting as a dedicated Scrum Master.

Application Tools preferred - Java, Salesforce, Web Applications, AI etc

Responsibilities -

Must have 10+ years of experience in playing the technical manager cum scrum master role.

5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.

Good knowledge on Agile Methodologies and best practices.

Should have working knowledge in handling web applications.

Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Should have experience working with US teams.

Strong understanding of agile principles, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and continuous delivery practices.

Proven ability to identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Nice to have.

Agile CSM certification.

Agile SaFe methodologies knowledge.

Good to have previous experience as a developer on any technology preferably Java
