Job Description:-

• Support in the development of TORs/EOIs/RFPs documents with potential clients/prospective partners.
• Drive the development of RMSIs response to EOIs/RFPs in coordination with business development team and subject matter experts.
• Support in identification of suitable partners / consultants and their on-boarding for specific opportunities.
• Scan the disaster and climate risk management market for potential business opportunities suiting RMSIs capacities.
  

Requirements:-

• Masters in Disaster management/Climate studies/Environmental Science/Engineering or related field;
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in technical writing/business development;
• Understanding of basics of disaster and climate risk - hazards, exposure, vulnerability and risk; disasters and climate change adaptation and mitigation, global frameworks for disaster and climate risk management
• Analytical mind-set
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

Benefits:-

• Previous experience with developing response to EOIs, RFPs, grant proposals (preferable).
• Previous experience with multi-lateral funding agencies (preferable).
• Understanding of DRM/CCA sectors
