Roles & Responsibility:
You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process of our Device Protection Plans
through offline retailers and service centers across India. Your primary responsibilities will
encompass:
Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Brand HQ Team, offline retailers, service
centers, promoters, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve sales targets.
Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing enquiries, concerns, and
providing ongoing support.
Training:
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for retail shop owners, service
center staff, and promoters on the features and benefits of our Device Protection Plans
Ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our plans to end consumers.
Digital Engagement:
Engaging with stakeholders through digital channels such as WhatsApp, emails, and telecalls to provide product information, support, and updates.
Utilizing digital marketing tools to create awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement
with our Device Protection Plans Promoter and Retail Shop Owner Engagement.
Collaborating with promoters and retail shop owners to enhance mindshare and promote the
benefits of our Device Protection Plans to consumers.
Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, training sessions, stakeholder interactions,
and other relevant data using CRM software.
