Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  
• Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, internal databases.
  
• Screening & Shortlisting: Understanding job descriptions (JDs), screening resumes, and identifying the right fit.
  
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling, coordinating feedback, and follow-ups.
  
• Negotiation Skills: Salary, joining date, and counteroffer handling.

Preferred candidate profile

1. IT Terminology & Roles: Familiarity with technical roles like Java Developer, Network Engineer, QA Tester, DevOps, etc.
   
2. Basic Technical Knowledge: Ability to assess technical keywords and understand client requirements.
   
3. Understanding Tech Stacks: Frontend vs backend, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, frameworks.
