Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our team at Apptad Technologies Pvt Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in corporate hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and leadership, with excellent communication skills.Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hiring processes.

Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efforts.
