Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java + Azure Lead with 9 to 15 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years as a lead. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java coding, Springboot, Design Patterns, Microservice Architecture, and development experience in Azure Cloud.Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead high-performance teams by providing hands-on guidance and individual contributions.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical and Product Managers to define and plan projects and activities.
  • Develop and implement an architecture strategy.
  • Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure high-quality code is produced and maintained through code reviews and frequent defect prevention activities.
  • Work closely in small teams to create well-integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts.

  • Minimum 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years as a lead.
  • Strong Core JAVA and Design Principles.
  • Proficient in J2EE with Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, and Microservices.
  • Working experience on RDBMS/MySQL databases.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger, etc.
  • Proficient with Azure services.
  • Basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elastic Search).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services such as Cosmos DB, Event Hub, and partitioning.
