Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Performance Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad and Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance with an emphasis on automation testing.Roles and Responsibility
  • Design and implement effective performance tests for distributed web applications using Artillery or JMeter.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and product owners to gather performance considerations and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts using advanced JavaScript skills.
  • Analyze and report test results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss performance issues and solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
  • Familiarity with AWS test environments and experience with performance testing distributed web applications.
  • Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and knowledge of RESTful web services and database systems.
  • Solid grasp of version control systems like Git and comprehensive knowledge of software testing principles.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt independently, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks such as JEST for API or service call functional tests is preferred.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools such as Playwright for UI end-to-end functional tests is preferred.
  • Experience with security testing is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of financial or accounting software is preferred.
