It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers.     


Job Title: Risk Manager
Location: Bangalore

Job Description: 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead day-to-day execution of HRSI core services to the client's businesses and suppliers/vendors/service providers to enable their capacity building around identified priority issues and risks (following audit as per the client's Supply chain Standards).
  • Determine appropriate remediation approaches and oversee successful remediation of severe/high risks findings, as per the clients Supply Chain Standards.
  • Proactively identify, advise, align and coordinate with diverse the client businesses on identified risks, opportunities, and corresponding actions.
  • Initiate and lead assessments/investigations and partnership discussions, negotiations and contract development and oversee implementation of improvement programs, as needed.
  • Engage with various client's businesses and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify gaps, assess risks, and suggest/implement strategies to operationalize the clinets Supply Chain Standards (SCS) throughout our value chain and operations.
  • Provide consulting support to the service requester (from all business teams or HRSI) to answer inquiries, investigate issues and support manufacturing sites/service providers/sellers to remediate issues through 1:1 engagement via desktop or onsite.
  • Facilitate discussions with internal teams and select external stakeholders to design and test regional risk management mechanisms and strategies.

  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Relentlessly high standards combined with strong bias for action
  • Ability to work and thrive under uncertain circumstances and work with limited/no guidance
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong documentation skills
