Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants through end-to-end implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants.

Provide strategic direction and expert-level guidance in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.

Oversee the design, documentation, and testing of SAP FICO solutions.

Mentor and develop junior consultants.

Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services.

Job

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.

Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

Hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
