Job Description

Role Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to enable continuous integration, delivery, and automation
across our new digital transformation landscape. The successful candidate will help operationalize
Salesforce, Duck Creek, and microservices architectures through robust DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for microservices, Salesforce, and Duck Creek
integrations.
Manage cloud environments for deployment, monitoring, and scaling (AWS/Azure).
Integrate automated testing, security scans, and quality gates into the build process.
Configure IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Support containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to enable smooth
deployments.
Automate and monitor service releases using DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure
DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Maintain and improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
Ensure security and compliance through proper implementation of secrets management,
RBAC, and auditing.
Troubleshoot deployment issues across environments and promote stability in production.

Qualifications and Required Skills
National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
Certifications in AWS/Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, or Terraform are a strong plus.
5+ years of DevOps or automation engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-based delivery models.
Proficient in Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and scripting (Python/Bash).

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Duck Creek deployment models is advantageous.
  Experience with service mesh, API gateways, and hybrid integration platforms.
  Strong understanding of security controls in a DevOps context (DevSecOps).
  Comfortable working in an Agile, multi-team, delivery-focused environment
