We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team as an ADP Workforce Technical Manager in Mumbai.Roles and Responsibility
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
Configure and customize Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules based on business requirements.
Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support implementation and ongoing usage.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
Job
Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
