Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and product announcements based on input from the team.
Help maintain the editorial calendar and assist with topic research and planning.
Coordinate with freelance writers and assist in reviewing drafts.
Repurpose product updates and internal notes into user-facing content.
Assist in building email campaigns, including product newsletters and nurture sequences.
Help create in-app messages and announcements using Intercom.
Support basic graphic creation for blogs, emails, and social media using templates or tools like Canva.
Website and Web Content
Make simple updates to our WordPress website (e.g., posting blogs, updating text/images).
Support content layout, formatting, and QA.
Flag technical issues or collaborate with the WebDev team to resolve front-end bugs.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to prioritize content projects.
Coordinate with Product and Design teams to stay aligned on product changes and messaging.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a similar role (internship or freelance experience counts).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Interest in or experience writing for technical audiences is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress, email marketing tools, and basic design platforms (like Canva or Figma) is helpful but not required.
Organized, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
