We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and excellent analytical skills.Roles and Responsibility
Own and manage all e-commerce platforms, including own website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy to increase online sales and market share.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure a seamless digital customer experience.
Plan and optimize digital campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and influencer campaigns.
Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, AOV (Average Order Value), ROAS, etc.
Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to enhance online sales strategies.
Job
Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
Experience with inventory planning and coordination for e-commerce platforms.
Educational qualificationsAny Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
