Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.

Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, email, and system access issues.

Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until resolution.

Guide users through simple step-by-step solutions or remote access tools.

Monitor IT systems and alerts to ensure high availability and performance.

Document issues, solutions, and create user guides or FAQs as needed.

Maintain knowledge base articles and update ticket documentation accurately.

Adhere to SLAs and ensure timely communication and resolution of tickets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent diploma).

02 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (internships count).

Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, email systems (e.g., Outlook), and networking fundamentals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
