Role : Senior UI Developer
Exp : 8-12 Yrs in application/product development
Location : Chennai
# Key Skills :
Develop and Design UI Components,UI components,UI/UX components design,Frontend coding,ReactJS, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, SQL,Azure-Dev,Microservices,API REST SOAP.
# Roles and Responsibilities :
Solution Design and Development:
o Design solutions that meet business requirements.
o Develop reusable UI components/libraries and shared repositories
o Develop and maintain UI standards, Frontend coding standards and best practices.
o Conduct technical reviews and guide junior developers
o Support business team in UX designs
o Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
o Hands-on development of features that includes both frontend and backend development and be part of the sprint team
Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and external vendors to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
o Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.
Technical Expertise:
o Stay up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
o Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Quality Assurance:
o Implement and oversee testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
o Ensure that all solutions comply with standards and regulations.
Administration, Performance Tunning and Optimization:
o Monitor the performance of solutions and identify areas for improvement.
o Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce latency.
o Implement best practices for error handling and recovery.
# Experience :
At least 8-12 years of experience in application/product development.
Technical skills (not limited to):ReactJS, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, SQL.
Strong experience in design systems and component libraries
Good experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and message queuing systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture in preferable.
Experience in using UX design tools will be an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
