As a member of the Industry Solutions team, your responsibilities include: - **Pre-Sales Support:** Participating in the pre-sale process by sharing customer or technical knowledge in your specialty domain. - **Technical Delivery:** Following the capacity process, maintaining up-to-date skills, and participating in meetings with customers/partners to understand their needs and define requirements. - **Project Planning:** Supporting project planning, defining risks and dependencies, communicating the business value of planned solutions, and implementing technical solutions with defined quality standards. - **Issue Resolution:** Proactively identifying issues and risks, engaging with stakeholders to address them, and managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - **Intellectual Property Management:** Consuming and leveraging intellectual property in projects, contributing to the creation of IP content, and identifying opportunities for more IP. - **Business Development:** Identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of cloud and Microsoft technologies. - **Readiness:** Learning new technologies, obtaining relevant certifications, sharing best practices within the team, and participating in technical communities. - **Operational Excellence:** Completing operational tasks with timeliness and accuracy, following Microsoft policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work experience in a relevant area. - OR equivalent experience. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications:** - 3+ years" work experience in a relevant area. - Technical certifications in domain/service lines (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics). - Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
