Job Description

As a QA Tester at NWAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT software solutions. We are a renowned company offering specialized services in various sectors such as Construction ERP, Transport, Real Estate, and more. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional services tailored to meet our clients" industry-specific needs. Your role will involve designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing of the software. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using bug tracking tools, as well as collaborating closely with developers to maintain the quality of the software throughout the development lifecycle. To excel in this position, you should have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in QA testing, along with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field. Your technical skills should include a strong knowledge of testing terminologies, test case creation and execution, and familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail. In addition to your technical skills, soft skills such as attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of accuracy in identifying subtle issues and ensuring the software meets the specified requirements. This is a full-time position based in Indore, with the opportunity to work from the office. The compensation for this role will be determined based on the interview.
