Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information using a user-friendly software system.

Ensure complete and appropriate responses to customer queries.

Maintain call duration within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT).

Follow company-defined quality standards and call handling norms.

Work collaboratively in a team environment and also perform effectively when working independently.

Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, or customer expectations.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.

Strong command over grammar and spelling.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate desktop systems efficiently.
