Job Summary:
Looking for a proactive and results-driven Individual to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing and onboarding top talent. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Required profile:
Bachelors degree in any stream
Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Able to speak both English and Telugu Fluently
Prefer Female candidates

Experience : 0 to 2 Years
