Recruiter with at least 1 year to max. 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Prior experience working in US/UK/EU market.
End to end recruitment experience (full lifecycle of recruitment from Sourcing, screening, interviewing till offer rollout)
Working experience on Blue collar roles :-
Experience of using ATS (Applicant tracking systems)
Great communication skills with the ability to interact well with UK stakeholders.
Experience in NON-IT hiring, construction domain highly preferable. ex: someone who has worked on Site managers, Project managers, Quantity surveyors etc.
Hiring for white collar jobs in Perm and temp/contract hiring.
Worked on Linked-in premium, Networking, mapping, used advanced search technique's apart from Boolean.
Ability to pick up Admin stuff like Timesheets/ Bookings etc.
