To deliver a consistent and effective training to new joinees and current employees, keeping in line with the company Way Major purpose of the job:
Meeting company s service Training Skill norms as set in the Train the Trainer .
Meeting exceeding company s service training norms on training quality effectiveness as set in the Training Process Manual.
Delivering effective training to consistently improve return on training by ensuring higher better graduation scores of all trainees, induction as well .

Desired Candidate Profile

Need only female candidate.
Ability to understand and operate CS Systems, basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in telecom, hospitality, or retail industry.
