Job Title: Delivery Manager US Staffing
Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Delivery Manager in US Staffing to lead a high-performing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a technical educational background (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field), a LinkedIn profile with at least 7+ years of active professional presence and 5,000+ connections, and extensive experience in direct client roles and implementation partner roles. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of successful placements, and expertise in optimizing recruitment processes.

Interview Process:

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

L1 Technical and Functional Interview
               A comprehensive evaluation of your technical expertise, functional understanding of recruitment, and your ability to align with client requirements.

L2 Scenario-Based Practical Interview (Face-to-Face)
               Real-world scenarios to test your practical problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and understanding of recruitment challenges.

L3 Final Discussion
               A one-on-one discussion to assess your fit within the organization, review expectations, and finalize the decision-making process.

Employment Verification:
               Verification Process: Employment verification will be conducted after joining.
               References Required: Candidates must provide two professional references from their current and previous employers to validate their experience and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
               Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring client requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
               Evaluate candidates thoroughly to ensure they meet technical, professional, and cultural requirements before submission to clients.
               Provide clear direction to the team on role-specific search strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs, particularly for direct clients and implementation partners.

2. Technical Screening & Candidate Assessment
               Conduct robust technical screenings to validate candidates expertise and ensure alignment with job descriptions.
               Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical skills to ensure the delivery of top-quality talent.
               Provide detailed feedback to recruiters to refine candidate sourcing and screening practices.

3. Client Relationship Management
               Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, their staffing needs, and expectations, with a focus on direct client and implementation partner dynamics.
               Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner to address their requirements effectively.
               Ensure timely and successful delivery of qualified candidates, exceeding client satisfaction metrics.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Optimization
               Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve and surpass performance targets.
               Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams understanding of technical roles and client-specific requirements, especially for direct and implementation partner clients.
               Establish clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and drive accountability across the team.

5. Process Optimization & Compliance
               Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and implement improvements to enhance speed and quality of placements.
               Ensure adherence to all client policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
               Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all recruitment activities.

6. Performance Metrics & Delivery Excellence
               Meet and exceed performance targets, including placements, client satisfaction scores, and revenue goals.
               Develop KPIs to measure individual and team success, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
               Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to maintain seamless operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
               Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
               Minimum Experience: 7+ years in recruitment/staffing, with at least 5 years in a delivery management role.
               Proven expertise in working on direct client roles and implementation partner roles.
               Exceptional ability to conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidate suitability comprehensively.
               Deep understanding of diverse technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
               LinkedIn Presence: Active LinkedIn profile with at least 7+ years of professional activity and 5,000+ connections.
               Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management abilities.
               Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
               Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
               Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience:
               Demonstrated success in placing candidates for both direct clients and implementation partners.
               In-depth knowledge of client expectations and delivery standards in these roles.
