Job Description


  • Minimum 2 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
  • Employee Central Certification
  • Any additional module experience & Certification Preferred
  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • Creating Workflows, Workflow Groups, Dynamic Roles, Business Rules and Managing Role Based Permissions, Permission Groups
  • Configuration of Standard event transactions with workflow support - Hire, Rehire, Termination, Transfer, Promotion, Probation, Data Change etc.
  • Planning, Estimating, Designing, Building, Testing, UAT, Go live, End-User Training, KT (End-to-End Implementation). Integration from Successfactors to 3rd party system.
  • Preparation of Configuration workbooks, workshops with clients
  • Implement Time off, contingent worker, Position Management. Integration from Successfactors to 3rd party system.
  • ORD reporting, Picklist management, Business rules management, Employee file management and correction through Export and Import
  • Quarterly Release Management
  • Data Models Set up.
  • Foundation and Generic objects.
  • RBP setup experience
  • Instance Synchronization tool
  • Work Experience on Custom MDF Objects
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
  • Assist in gathering business requirements.
  • Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
  • Guide clients through the decision making and HR process design.
  • Configure SuccessFactors components spanning Recruiting Management functions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Implementation and support experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Solid proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.
  • Writing and maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
