Job Description
- As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be expected to have a strong background in corporate occupational health practices, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate setting. Previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred. Your educational qualifications should include GNM certification, as well as being trained in ACLS and BLS. Proficiency in handling basic software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required for this role. You should be prepared to provide support and travel to various project sites as needed. The ability to independently manage an Occupational Health center is essential, along with establishing and maintaining collaboration across different departments. Fluency in both Hindi and English, both written and spoken, is necessary. Your role will also involve effectively managing pandemic situations, as well as being open to shift duties. Your responsibilities will include prompt case management for injuries according to BLS protocols, along with collaborating with on-site doctors. Risk reduction, health education sessions, preventative health strategies, counseling, crisis intervention, health screening, and maintaining the confidentiality of employees" health information are all key aspects of this role. You will be required to implement procedures to ensure confidentiality, keep necessary documentation, evaluate employees with limitations, and recommend suitable job placements based on fitness for duty assessments. Adhering to Siemens" policies and legal requirements, as well as meeting eligibility criteria for handling personal information, are crucial components of this position. Your experience and skills in corporate Employee Wellness Assistance Programs (EWAP) will be valuable in this role. You will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of employees and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.,
